Description
Upgrade the weak factory steering on your Jeep JL Wrangler, JL Unlimited, or JT Gladiator with the RockJock Currectlync Heavy Duty Steering System. Designed for vehicles running larger tires and tackling demanding off-road terrain, this heavy-duty steering upgrade delivers the strength and reliability needed to prevent bent or broken factory components. Whether you’re crawling rocks, exploring backcountry trails, or building an overland rig, the Currectlync system helps keep you moving when the trail gets tough.
Engineered as a complete bolt-on steering solution, the RockJock Currectlync Steering System features a massive 42mm (1.654-inch) alloy steel tie rod, a forged steel drag link with an organically shaped high-articulation design, oversized greaseable forged rod ends, premium adjusters and jam nuts, and a durable black finish for long-lasting corrosion resistance. Everything arrives ready for installation right out of the box.
The uniquely shaped drag link is designed to maximize steering clearance and suspension up-travel, allowing your Jeep JL or JT to fully utilize its suspension capabilities. To optimize front-end performance even further, pair this steering system with the RockJock RJ-9120FJLF forged front track bar and the RJ-107101-101 adjustable front bump stop kit to achieve maximum up-travel and fine-tune your suspension setup.
Included with every Currectlync steering kit is RockJock’s JL/JT High-Mount Steering Stabilizer Relocation Bracket Kit. This system relocates the factory steering stabilizer from the tie rod to the axle housing and raises it higher for increased protection against rocks and trail obstacles. A heavy-duty stabilizer shock mounting bracket is also included to relocate the opposite end of the stabilizer from the axle housing to the tie rod, creating a stronger and better-protected steering stabilizer setup.
Both the tie rod and drag link feature double adjusters, allowing toe and steering wheel alignment adjustments without removing components from the vehicle. Designed for stock-height and lifted Jeep JL Wranglers and JT Gladiators, the Currectlync system is also compatible with ram assist steering setups, making it an ideal choice for vehicles running oversized tires and extreme off-road builds.
Installation is simple and completely bolt-on, requiring no cutting, drilling, or machining. The RockJock Currectlync Heavy Duty Steering System is one of the strongest and most reliable steering upgrades available for the 2018+ Jeep JL Wrangler, JL Unlimited, and JT Gladiator.
For enthusiasts looking to take steering performance to the next level, RockJock High Steer Knuckle Kits are also available for select applications and include the Currectlync Steering System as part of the package.

Notes:
- Regardless of lift amount (stock to 6 in. lift, stock knuckle or high steer), to prevent the stabilizer shock relocation bracket from making contact with bottom of the frame rail, Gas 3.6L/2.0T/Mojave and 4XE vehicles must have a minimum of 1 7/8 inches of bump stop over stock when using the factory stabilizer shock with dust shield – or – a minimum of 1 3/8 inches of bump stop over stock when using a shock without a dust shield. EcoDiesel vehicles must have a minimum of 7/8 inches of bump stop over stock when using the factory stabilizer shock with dust shield – or – a minimum of 3/8 inches of bump stop over stock when using a shock without a dust shield. 392 Hemi vehicles feature enough increased bump stop from the factory that this is not an issue.
- In stock knuckle applications, no increase in bump stop is required for the sake of the Drag Link.
- In High Steer Knuckle applications, to squeeze the absolute most up travel out of your vehicle, we recommend the use of our RJ-9120FJLF organically shaped forged Trac Bar and our RJ-107101-101 Adjustable Bump Stop Kit.
- When using ram assist, be mindful of tube size when purchasing ram assist brackets (see our ram assist mounting solutions here).
- If you are intending to use a Bilstein 5100 series stabilizer shock with this system, see Bilstein part number 33-292984 for the bolt-on shock.
- If you are intending to use a Fox ATS stabilizer shock with this system, see Fox part number 803-02-039 for the proper mounting solution.
- If you are intending to use a Falcon Nexus stabilizer shock with this system, see Teraflex part number 99-01-01-158 for the proper mounting solution.
- You must grease all rod ends via their zerk fittings before use. Grease unit with non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease, such as our CE-9013G.
