Upgrade your Jeep JL Wrangler or JLU Unlimited (and select JT Gladiator applications—see fitment notes) with the RockJock Antirock Front Sway Bar Kit, a high-performance suspension upgrade designed to increase off-road articulation, improve traction, and enhance overall vehicle control on challenging terrain. By allowing the suspension to move more freely, this front sway bar helps maintain better tire contact, resulting in improved stability and performance in rock crawling, trail driving, and overlanding conditions.
The RockJock Antirock Front Sway Bar is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory front sway bar and installs easily using basic hand tools. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are required, making it a straightforward and reliable suspension upgrade for Jeep JL Wrangler and JLU Unlimited models.
Designed for convenience and performance, this system does not require sway bar disconnects, allowing you to seamlessly transition between on-road driving and off-road conditions without manual adjustments.

Notes:
- Diesel, 392 and 4XE Models – This kit includes a .770 in. diameter sway bar. We recommend the use of our RJ-246100-101 kit that features a .850 in. bar to handle the extra weight. However, this kit may still be used on these vehicle models in applications where a lighter weight sway bar is desired.
- Rubicon Models – JL and JT Rubicon models equipped with the electronic sway bar, will require the use of a tuner (Tazer or equivalent) to turn off the sway bar dash light when the factory sway bar is removed.
- JT Gladiator Models – We recommend the use of a minimum of our RJ-246100-101 kit, that features a .850 in. bar. In loaded/overlanding Gladiator applications, see our RJ-246100-103 kit with the 1 in., heavy bar.
However, this kit may still be used on the Gladiator in applications where a lighter weight sway bar is desired. - JT Gladiator Mojave Models – This kit will work on Mojave models and bolt-on exactly the same, however, if the factory Mojave shocks are retained, the shock reservoirs will have to be relocated to allow the installation of the Antirock Sway Bar kit.
- Body Roll – Antirock sway bar equipped vehicles will exhibit more body roll than vehicles equipped with the stock sway bar. Antirock sway bars may be used on the street, however, they do not provide the same handling characteristics as the stock sway bar.
- End Links – Out of the box, the length of the sway bar’s vertical links that are included in this kit are intended for use with our suspension systems (3.5 in. lift). Depending upon your specific vehicle’s lift, you may obtain shorter or longer links to suit, here. Additionally, all of the link rods may also be trimmed in length for fine tuning purposes.
- Fitment – It is quite common for factory frames to vary in width. If you find your vehicle’s frame to be on the narrower side, the Antirock arms can simply be slid on until they are snug against the Antirock bushings and then the arms clamped down. However, on some frames the arms absolutely have to hold true width to clear bolt heads on the side of the frame, etc. In instances of this nature, see our CE-9901D-SP4 shim pack to assist in fine tuning.
- Sway Bar Disconnects – If you are installing this Antirock Sway Bar kit in place of JKS sway bar disconnects, the sway bar disconnects would have had you cut part of the sway bar link mounting bracket off of the passenger’s side of your axle housing. In this instance, to install the Antirock, you will need to replace the thru-bolt heim joint and the hardware that comes in the Antirock kit for that location with a RJ-527000-101 studded rod end. This studded rod end will then install just like the driver’s side rod end in this kit.
